The
book is called "TimeLine: Autobiography
of a thirty year old".
Cathe
Jones was once Cathe Boudreau. Cathe Boudreau had a way of
looking at her life as though it were nothing more than moments
on a timeline. This book was written in her thirtieth year
as a way to understand the patterns in her life, and the way
she has made choices.
Books
For Grown-Ups, a subsidiary of ByShayne, is selling TimeLine
as it was written in 1994. The updated version, "The
TimeLine Continues", is due out sometime in the near
future. It documents events for the decade from thirty to
forty, which in itself, had as many life changing events as
those listed in the first thirty years.
The autobiography
has been awarded for its style and its function as a memoir
piece. In fact, the Timeline has been borrowed by psychology
departments in both Stanford University and Tufts University
as a way of learning about a psychological history of patients.
Actor
Charles Martin Smith's reaction to this book was, "Wow,
survival is an understatement!"
